New platform turns years of buried WhatsApp recommendations into a searchable, AI-assisted network of providers your neighbours actually use. Free for residents.
DUBAI, UAE, 19 October 2026: Every day, somewhere in Dubai, a resident types the same message into a community WhatsApp group: “Can anyone recommend a good AC technician?” A few names trickle in. The thread scrolls away. Next month, someone asks again.
AI finds. Neighbours vouch.
Residents tell Hauz Link what they need in plain language: “my split AC is leaking water.” Hauz Link’s AI assistant works out the job, picks out the details that matter, asks a couple of quick questions right in the chat, and shows the providers neighbours recommend for that kind of work, best matches first.
